2. Service Description

Distill helps you browse public feed content, group related coverage, and personalize ranking preferences on your device.

Service availability, content sources, and features may change over time.

• Core usage does not require account creation.
• You are responsible for your own device setup and network access.

3. Third-Party Content

Distill aggregates public feed entries and links to third-party publisher pages.

When you open publisher links, you leave Distill and interact directly with that provider.

• Third-party publishers control their own content, terms, and availability.
• Aurum Labs does not claim ownership of third-party article content.
• You are responsible for complying with publisher terms when accessing external services.

4. Acceptable Use

Use Distill only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not interfere with service reliability.

• Do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass platform or service protections.
• Do not use Distill to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

Distill application code, branding, and product materials are owned by Aurum Labs or its licensors.

These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Distill for personal or internal use.

6. Disclaimers

Distill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completeness, or accuracy of third-party content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurum Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Distill.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
